New Camera!

Hoorah! I finally got my hands on my new love, the small yet mighty Leica D-Lux 4. I have been wanting one forever now, and with the help of my friend, Reid, at Pardee's Camera in Sacramento, I now have it. 

These babies are hard to get right now, and EVERYWHERE (B and H, Adorama, Calumet, Amazon, local stores etc.) is sold out and backordered... So Pardee's got one in and the timing was right, and Reid had it sent to me.. I am in heaven ;)

I dropped my Canon Powershot on the 4th of July and it wasn't that great anyways, so I saved up for the Leica and so far, I am thoroughly happy.

So my first opportunity to use it was last weekend (I got it two days prior) when my friend Sean from Sacramento came down to SF. He was doing a school project on North Beach so we got to take some shots and I am officially in love with this camera. Just a small sample of how awesome it is....

SO much more fun to be had with this thing. I love it. Can't wait for the weekend!
